1Preheat the oven to 180 °C (or 160 °C if using a fan oven).
2Roughly chop the sunflower kernels with a large, sharp knife. Mix the rice flour, soya flour and chopped sunflower kernels together.
3Add the egg, oil and honey and mix all the ingredients together well. Add 100 ml water. Using a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook, knead the mixture until the dough begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
4Place the dough on a floured work surface and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Using a cutter (e.g. in the shape of a dog), cut out the biscuits. Arrange on a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
